What is Seen & Sent?

Seen & Sent is an encouragement plaform where you can send eCards, download useful resources and shop. We sell thoughtfully chosen products — cards, mugs, journals, clothing, and more — designed to help you show the people in your life that they are seen and valued. We also offer free digital resources and eCards to help you reach out and encourage others.

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, select your shipping country, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Can I send an eCard for free?

Yes! Our eCards are completely free to send. Simply choose a card, write your message, and send it by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or share the link directly.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you are outside these countries, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

Can I return or exchange an item?

As our items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you change of mind or made a mistake. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at hello@seensent.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will make it right.

How do I download a free resource?

Visit our Resources page, find the resource you would like, enter your name and email address, and the download link will be sent straight to your inbox.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also contact us at hello@seensent.com and we will remove you right away.
