Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Seen & Sent. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
As all our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has gone to production.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@seensent.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo if the item is damaged
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products and downloads
- eCards
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sale items marked as final sale
