Seen & Sent (seensent.com) is an encouragement platform offering digital eCards, free downloadable resources, and physical products. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Free Resources

All downloadable resources (guides, journals, printables) are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our resources. Sharing a link to the resource page is welcome and encouraged.

3. eCards

Our eCard service is provided free of charge. eCard links expire 30 days after sending. You agree not to use the eCard service to send unsolicited, harmful, or abusive messages. We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.

4. Shop & Purchases

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before completing payment — we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by carriers once your order has been dispatched.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility and how to lodge a request.
• Free downloadable resources are provided for personal, non-commercial use and are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. A full refund will be issued if we cancel your order.

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product availability is subject to change and we cannot guarantee stock at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with options including a full refund.

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and downloadable files — is owned by or licensed to Seen & Sent. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
